We do not sell products to minors (under 18).

All prices on flavour-concentrates.com are shown including VAT (25%) for zones within the EU.

Information for customers in Norway and other countries outside the EU

Customers with a delivery address outside the EU do not pay VAT to us, but instead pay VAT and customs costs in the recipient country.

Flavour-Concentrates does not take responsibility for extra costs that may be incurred when importing to another country.

14 day right of return

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive your item, according to “Distance Contracts Act Section 10”. If you choose to return your item within 14 days, you are responsible for the return shipping.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to our business customers, but the terms of the Purchase Act apply here.

Please note that this not apply to liquids as they are perishables. Bottles and hardware do however fall under this policy.

Warranty information

Liquids can not be returned for any reason since they are classed as perishable goods. As liquids is ingested we must protect all our customers from the possibility of liquids being tampered with.

As we all now taste is very subjective, some people dislike some flavours that other people love. We suggest that you first purchase a small amount of any particular flavour at first and then if you like it, you can always order more.

Rules for returns regarding right of withdrawal

The following must be fulfilled when the right of withdrawal is invoked:

– The packaging must not be broken and the product must not be used or broken.

– The product must be returned in its product box and with its inner packaging.

– When returning, the product must be complete with all accessories.

– The package must be sent directly to us, NOT to an agent.

– As a consumer, you have the right to get your money back within 30 days from when we have received your returned product.

– Only the cost of the products is refunded, not shipping, return & invoice costs.

How to make a return

Start by filling in the return form, you will then receive a return number back. Package the item well, as you are responsible for the item being in unchanged and undamaged condition when it reaches us. If a package is poorly wrapped and damaged, the carrier is not responsible for the damaged contents, the responsibility falls on the person who wrapped the package, i.e. the sender. This means that you will not receive financial compensation for a poorly wrapped package. In the event of shipping damage, we will contact you so that you can make a complaint to the chosen courier. If you choose to send your product unregistered, you are responsible for the product until it is received at the webshop.

Validity period and errors in publication

We reserve the right for price adjustments, price errors, inventory changes and any technical errors on the website, browser, network and servers. We reserve the right to correct product texts, images and prices written or printed incorrectly on the website or in printed materials. We reserve the right that certain goods may be discontinued or sold out. We also reserve the right to contact the customer to correct the price afterwards if we entered an incorrect price for a product.

Delivery information

Orders placed on non-holiday weekdays no later than 16:00 are shipped the same day. Orders on weekends & public holidays are sent the next weekday.

All orders are shipped out from our HQ in Malmoe Sweden.

We use DHL and Postnord MyPack as our standard courier, in some countries DHL will hand over the shipment to your local courier and they will send you a notification on where you can pick up the order.

Price for shipping

Up to 3kg, 10 euros
Over 3kg, 20 euros

Non claimed orders

For orders that are returned to us due to the customer not claiming the order in time, we takeout a fee on 20 euros.
